Course Summary:
The CRE Lending Training Program provides bankers with a basic understanding of commercial real estate lending concepts and techniques. Participants learn a number of objectives throughout the program, from how to recognize the risks inherent in all areas of real estate lending, how to evaluate real estate loan repayment sources, construct a basic income property cash flow, and understand basic appraisal concepts, just to name a few.
Course Details:
Designed for banking professionals who need to understand the basic concepts of commercial real estate lending, this program is comprised of 5 different courses and a final assessment to test proficiency. There is also a case study to help students apply the concepts learned in a meaningful way. Live attendance is a must to get the most out of this engaging training opportunity. Breakout rooms will not be recorded. Space is limited to 30 participants for a high-value learning experience, so register today!
Students will independently work through the first three courses and assessments before taking the first live webinar. Students will then work through the final two courses and assessments before taking the second live webinar.
