The Presenter
Richard D. Symansky is a graduate of Amherst College and Boston University Law School. He has been a practicing attorney and Notary Public in New York State for over 40 years. His law practice has revolved around representation of financial institutions in a wide range of matters. He has more than 30 years experience teaching at the college level both in the SUNY system and for CFT and the American Institute of Banking. He has been helping people prepare for the Notary Public Licensing Exam for over 5 years.
