How to Prepare For, Manage, and Pass Your BSA Exam

Webinar: ID# 1000955
Date: Recorded
About This Course:
The Bank Secrecy Act remains on the top of the list of critical regulations the Federal government is enforcing across the country and across all regulatory agencies.  In the past year alone - over $600 million in fines and penalties have been paid by financial institutions upon the completion of their BSA / AML exam as a result of non compliance.  Although not an easy task, every institution works hard toward passing their BSA exam.

Your presenter, Sal Fragapane, has spent 23 years in the banking arena and during the past 8 years alone, he and his clients have successfully passed over 50 BSA / AML exams and audits.  By attending this popular webinar, you can leverage his experiences in helping organizations like yours prepare for, manage, and pass your next BSA exam by hearing Sal's time tested and regulator scrutinized approach.

Covered Topics:

  • Direct feedback from regulators that have been accumulated over time
  • Avoiding the all too common pitfall of having policies and actual practices that do not agree
  • Uncovering risks that negatively impact your risk profile
