This webinar covers the basics of how to draft a credit memorandum that can be used to effectively underwrite a commercial loan and/or approve a trade credit relationship.

The webinar will begin with a brief overview of credit memorandums including types, styles, and necessary component parts (contact and relationship information, financial analysis, management review, and risk assessment/mitigation). The financial analysis section will include an overview of liquidity, activity, leverage, operating performance, and cash flow analysis.

Additionally, the use of the Z-score (bankruptcy predictor) will be discussed. The live webinar will also cover some additional important memorandum items including assessing the company's strategic plan- marketing, financing, and management. The webinar concepts will be reinforced through the review of a standard credit memorandum.
