This course is a 1-day practicum in basic catastrophe claims adjusting. This class was created for the aspiring adjuster who may be unfamiliar with the elements of residential construction and the proper protocol for an inspection or "scope".
This Basic Adjusting course is scheduled to immediately follow the
Texas All-Lines Adjuster and
Florida Adjuster Pre-licensing Classes.
Many of our students beginning their careers in adjusting use this course as a supplement to their Licensing course and as a lead-in to their
Xactimate training.
Course topics include:
- Scoping Procedure
- Equipment Discussion
- Techniques of Measuring
- Basic Construction
- Damage Analysis
- Methods of Repair
The Basic Adjusting Course is approved for 10 hours of Continuing Education in Texas. Don't be apprehensive as you enter the field - close your first claim with confidence!
Course tuition includes course and course textbook. Textbooks will be distributed in classroom and are free for students to take home.
